Help us understand the issue
Include your app version, Android version, the steps you took and what happened. If it concerns an account, include its adult email address. Do not send passwords, verification codes, invitation tokens or unnecessary information about children. Remove personal details from screenshots.
Sharing and pending changes
Local mode works offline. Shared awards and task completions can show as pending until you reconnect and they are accepted. Spending, deductions, undo and edits to shared details need a connection. Check the active workspace and any visible failure message before retrying.
Privacy and deletion
Read the privacy policy or follow the account deletion instructions, including an email option if you cannot use the app. We aim to respond to privacy inquiries within 30 days.
